Once you place an order with Faujjaan, you officially become a part of our fauj, and we ensure your parcel reaches you safely and swiftly.

Where We Ship To

We offer worldwide shipping.

For certain countries that are not yet listed as shipping destinations on our website, orders can still be placed manually through DM. Our team will assist you with the order and provide the applicable international shipping charges and delivery details.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• For products available during a booking period, dispatch will begin only after the booking period closes. Orders will then be dispatched sequentially, based on the order in which the bookings were received.

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

• Standard Delivery: 4–9 business days (PAN India)
• Remote or difficult locations may require additional time.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery: Additional delivery charges may apply based on the delivery location and may vary across different regions of India.
• Express / Premium Delivery (if selected): Additional charges apply, calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link and AWB number via email/SMS/WhatsApp to track your shipment through Delhivery.

Address & Delivery Issues

• Please provide a complete and accurate address and contact number.
• If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, a re-delivery may be scheduled by Delhivery.
• Any return-to-origin (RTO) due to incorrect information may incur additional charges.
