Return & Refund Policy – FAUJJAAN
At Faujjaan, every product is treated like a weapon of honour.
Each piece goes through strict quality checks and final verification by the Faujjaan owner before dispatch.
Because of this, the chances of receiving a defective product are extremely rare.
However, in the spirit of fairness and trust towards our fauj, we offer support in the following situations:
Eligibility for Return / Replacement
Returns or replacements are only accepted if:
✅ The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
✅ The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
✅ A full and clear unboxing video is provided as proof
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To claim a return or replacement, the customer must provide:
• A continuous unboxing video starting from unopened package
• The courier label clearly visible
• The product being taken out and the damage clearly shown
📌 Without a proper unboxing video, no return or replacement will be approved, as we cannot verify the claim.
Non-Returnable Conditions
We do NOT accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
❌ Wrong size ordered by customer
❌ Change of mind or dislike of product
❌ No unboxing video available
❌ Damage after delivery or after usage
❌ Normal wear and tear
❌ Minor thread issues or color variation due to screen display
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
• Replacement is not possible due to lack of stock
• The damage is verified by our team
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Return-to-Origin (RTO)
If the parcel is returned due to:
• Incorrect address
• Customer not available
• Phone not reachable
• Refusal to accept parcel
Shipping charges and handling fees may be deducted.
Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer size exchanges or product exchanges.
