EU Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers

If your order is delivered to a country in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase under applicable EU consumer law. These rights apply where required by law and take precedence over any conflicting terms in our general policies.

1. Your right to cancel

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. If your order arrives in multiple deliveries, the period generally starts when you receive the last item.

You can submit your withdrawal request using the button below. You may also contact us by email with your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

2. Orders that have already been dispatched

If your order has already been dispatched, it may not be possible to stop the parcel while it is in transit. Please accept delivery and follow the applicable return instructions if you wish to withdraw.

3. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law. Where required, refunds include the standard delivery cost. We may wait until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, where permitted by law.

4. Return shipping

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Please contact us for return instructions before sending an item.

5. Condition of returned items

You may handle goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning as you would in a shop. Where permitted by law, we may deduct for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish these characteristics.
