Faujjaan Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser, eligibility and entry period

  1. The Faujjaan Discovery Challenge (the "Giveaway") is run by Faujjaan, faujjaan.com ("Faujjaan", "we", "us"). Contact: faujjaan.in@gmail.com.
  2. The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in India and have a valid Indian delivery address. Entrants from other countries may take part, but prizes can only be delivered within India.
  3. Faujjaan employees, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with running the Giveaway may not enter.
  4. The Giveaway opens at 29/10/2026 | 18:00 IST and closes 72 hours later at 01/11/2026 | 18:00 IST (the "Entry Period"). Entries received after the Entry Period ends will not be counted.
  5. By entering, you confirm that you meet these conditions and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. How to enter

  1. Visit faujjaan.com during the Entry Period and complete the Giveaway form in the pop-up.
  2. A valid entry includes your full name, email address, Instagram handle and phone number, your choice of one of the six featured pieces, and what attracted you to it. The one-line reason is required.
  3. No purchase is necessary. Buying a product does not increase your chances of winning.
  4. Only one entry per person is allowed. Repeat entries using the same email address, phone number or Instagram handle will be counted as a single entry.
  5. Entries must be made by the entrant personally. Entries made in bulk, by automated means, through third parties or with false details are invalid.
  6. Entering the Giveaway adds you to Faujjaan's email list, as stated on the entry form (see section 5).

3. Prizes, winners and claiming

  1. There are six prizes. Each winner receives one of the six featured Faujjaan pieces, delivered free of charge within India.
  2. Each winner will normally receive the piece they chose on the entry form. If more than one winner chooses the same piece, or a size is out of stock, Faujjaan will offer an alternative piece or size of similar value.
  3. Six winners will be selected at random from all valid entries at the end of the Entry Period, at 01/11/2026 | 18:00 IST. Each person can win only one prize.
  4. Winners will be announced on Faujjaan's Instagram account (@[faujjaan) and by email at 01/11/2026 | 21:00 IST, and contacted by email, phone or Instagram direct message.
  5. Winners must reply within 72 hours of being contacted, confirming their size and delivery address. If a winner does not reply in time, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be given to another entrant drawn at random.
  6. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Faujjaan aims to dispatch prizes within 3-4 working days of receiving the winner's delivery details.
  7. Faujjaan's decision on the winners is final.

4. Entrant discount code

  1. Every entrant with a valid entry will receive an exclusive discount code by email when the winners are announced at 01/11/2026 | 21:00 IST.
  2. The code gives 10% off on purchases at faujjaan.com.
  3. The code is valid for 48 hours only, from 01/11/2026 | 21:00 IST until 03/11/2026 | 21:00 IST. It cannot be used before or after this period, and the validity will not be extended.
  4. The code can be used once per customer, on one order. It may only be redeemed by the entrant it was sent to, using the same email address they entered with.
  5. The code cannot be combined with other discount codes or offers, applied to orders placed before or after the validity period, or exchanged for cash.
  6. Winners also receive the code and may use it on a separate purchase.
  7. Normal faujjaan.com policies on shipping, returns and exchanges apply to orders using the code.

5. Personal data, email list and publicity

  1. Faujjaan collects your name, email address, Instagram handle, phone number and form answers to run the Giveaway, verify and contact winners, and send you the discount code.
  2. By entering, you join Faujjaan's email list for stories, new launches and offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time without affecting your entry.
  3. Your phone number is used only to contact you if you win.
  4. Your details are stored securely in Faujjaan's Shopify store and are not sold or shared, except with delivery partners to send prizes. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
  5. Winners' first names and Instagram handles will be published on Faujjaan's Instagram account. Faujjaan will ask for your permission before quoting your answers publicly.
  6. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any liability.

6. Disqualification, changes and general terms

  1. Faujjaan may disqualify any entry, or withdraw a prize or discount code, if it believes the entrant has given false information, used fake or multiple accounts, tampered with the entry process or broken these terms.
  2. Faujjaan may change, extend, suspend or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its control require it. Any changes will be posted on faujjaan.com and Faujjaan's Instagram account.
  3. Faujjaan is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or incomplete because of technical problems, or for emails filtered to spam. To the extent permitted by law, Faujjaan is not liable for any loss arising from taking part in the Giveaway or using a prize.
